Goat Cheese with Herbs
These warm and sweet flavors feel especially welcoming in the wintertime.
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Parboil the beets.
Slice the beets into thin wedges and arrange on a baking sheet. Bake for 5-10 minutes.
Boil the green beans until color deepens and they remain somewhat firm.
Spread cheese in a small circle at the bottom of the plate.
Add the cooked beets.
Spoon the Sherry Pedro Ximinéz pearls over the beets.
Slice the green beans vertically into thin strips and place on top.
