Pearl up your food

Granola with strawberries, yoghurt and Yuzu Saffron pearls


Greek Yogurt

Homemade Granola (or substitute with store-bought):
Rolled Oats
Maple Syrup
Coconut Oil
Egg white
Cardamon Pods (seeds extracted)

Method of preparation:

Preheat oven to 150°C
Melt the coconut oil and combine it with maple sirop.
Add all dry ingredients into one bowl and mix them evenly. Then pour the liquid on top and make sure that everything is evenly coated.
Pour mixture onto a lined baking sheet and bake for about 40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Spoon some yogurt into a bowl and top with granola and fresh strawberries.
Add the Yuzu Saffron Saké Pearls on top for a fresh and tart flavor to complement the granola.


Preparation time:

50 min (for home-made Granola) and 10 min when you use a premade product
